I. Position Identification

Job Title - TBR Sales Administrator

Job Function - Sales Support

Report to - Sr. Director, Commercial Sales

II. Job Purpose

Responsible to support the Commercial Tire Division sales employees in achieving sales objectives through coordination and administration of customer service to Commercial customers.  This position will process new accounts, take orders, and administer TBR programs on behalf of the company.

III. Key Accountabilities

-  Responsible for new account application and registration process for Commercial Tire Division

-  Interact with customers in support of the sales process, answering questions, resolving issues

-  Administer assigned accounts on behalf of Commercial Tire Division

-  Process Government delivery receipts

-  Create sales reports, as necessary

-  Creates truck tire inventory reports and stock transfer proposals

-  Administers Commercial Tire Group report

-  Create and maintain price files for programs (RAP/NAP), OEM Manufacturers, National School Bus & Government/Utility Sales programs.

-  Cross-train on other roles in the Commercial Tire Division sales support group

-  Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

VI. Qualification

-  High School diploma required

-  At least 2 years of business experience in a clerical/administrative role

VII. Physical Demands

-  Requires sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, waist twisting, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs/ladders, reaching above shoulder height

-  Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling over 20 lbs

-  exposure to loud noise, dust, fumes or gases, chemicals or toxic substances, latex;

-  Fine finger manipulation, gross manipulation, simple/power grasp, repetitive hand/arm use

- Ability to differentiate color, verbal communication, operating motor vehicles, use of protective equipment.
