Job description

I. Position Identification              

Job Title - Technical Services Associate

Job - Key Account Management, Market Researching & Data analysis

Report to - Department Manager


II. Job Purpose

-Responsible to communicate with key accounts and handle the tasks regarding to the key accounts    

      +Key Accounts : HK main customers, HK HQ and R&D, HK engineers            

-Analyzing claim data and reporting data to manager.      

-Monitoring market information and share the information with management.    


III. Key Accountabilities

-Key Account counterparting        

    +HK main customers        

    +Communicating with key accounts and supporting them technically        

    +Processing key accounts return data      

    +Researching and benchmarking competitors warranty programs

    +Establishing warranty program of HK products    

    +HK HQ and R&D

    +Communicating and supporting with HK HQ and R&D    

    +HK field engineers in Americas (including subsidiaries, offices)    

    +Communicating with HK field engineers and technically supporting and guiding HK engineers    

    +Instructing and auditing American subsidiaries & offices on quality and service process implementations            

    +Developing and updating field services tools and printed materials for technical service            

    +Market monitoring and data analysis      

    +Analyzing service return data(N.A&S.A) and reporting the results with opinions and suggestions          

    +Market researching and reporting various information of products, services, regulations and competitors    

    +Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management    



IV. Level of Accountabilities      

-As a key account counterpart, this person has authorizations as below.  

    +Communicating with key accounts, HK subsidiaries & Offices and HQ & R&D              

    +Processing key account claim data in SAP            

    +Developing and updating warranty program as for Americas markets.      

    +Monitoring and auditing service process of HK subsidiaries and offices    

    +Instructing service engineer with best solution regards to requests of quality/service from customer/markets.

    +Reporting analysis result of claim data and market information such as competitors, regulations regarding to  quality and product to manager    

    +Cooperating with Marketing team to develop and update service tools and printed materials

-Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel & Power Point)          


VI. Qualification              

-Bachelor's degree required        

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or high level technical degree preferred              

-Experience in Tire industry or related industries preferred
