  • Sales Project Associate

Overview

The Sales Project Associate is responsible for monitoring and managing electronic communication associated with all aspects of the car dealer and secondary supply programs.  These tasks include Proof of Delivery (POD) processing, invoice processing, external and internal communication, and assisting with month end closing for the car dealer and secondary supply programs. This position will also be tasked with project management activities throughout the Sales Management team to systematically streamline all customer claims processing and assist in developing a better user interface.  

 

Key Accountabilities

- Support Car Dealer and Secondary Supply team members

- Monitor, research, troubleshoot, and respond to all customer inquiries

- Research and distribute updated invoices to customers

- Match and Audit POD’s to internal invoices for processing

- Audit POD’s to invoice matching to ensure accuracy

- Further develop and maintain the POD archiving system for internal use

- Upload secondary supply program feed from customer web portal and EDI files into SAP

- Effectively communicate claim status to corporate management teams and provide solutions to requests related to returns, billing issues, and duplicate invoices

- Respond to field sales and customer requests in a timely and professional manner

- Develop a process improvement plan to continuously address on-going systematic issues

- Research the industry standards for claim processing and work with IT to develop a better process moving forward

Qualification

- Bachelor degree in Business, Systems or related required

- At least 3 years of customer service or technology related experience required

- Project management experience desired

- Strong excel skills required

- SAP proficiency preferred
