  • Sales Program Associate

Overview 

The Sales Program Associate role will manage our quarterly Consumer Rebate programs and provide support to our Associate Dealer ONE Program. These responsibilities will include research, analysis, and coordination of activities with a primary focus on supporting our customers and the field sales team. 

Key Accountabilities 

- Facilitate our Consumer Rebate program with 3rd party vendor

- Conduct analysis on historical rebate date and competitor offerings 

- Recommend product lines and dollar amounts based on customer and market feedback

- Develop and continuously standardize procedures with both the ONE and Rebate programs 

- Provide backup and support to the Sales Management Team as needed 

- Support field sales team on distributor and dealer requests

- Coordinate the regular ONE communications and quarterly newsletter

- Prepare and implement annual ONE program changes and updates 

- Oversee the ONE dealer and distributor payment process with 3rd party vendor

- Maintain ONE dealer accounts in online platform and update Dealer Locator as needed

- Troubleshoot our ONE online platform and work with 3rd party vendor on any issues 

- Manage the ONE Mailbox and respond to all customers in a timely manner

- Coordinate the ONE dealer registration and dismissal process

- Research industry associate dealer programs and make recommendations for improvement 

- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

- Advanced organizational and time management skills 

Qualifications 

- Bachelor degree in Business or related area preferred

- 2-3 years of customer service experience 

- SAP proficiency preferred

- Tire expereince a plus
